Regarding Emails from
Open Your Mind Pty Ltd

auDA has become aware that a company called Open Your Mind Pty Ltd (Open Your Mind) has sent an email to some domain name registrants regarding the administration of Internet Name Protection Pty Ltd trading as Internet Name Group (subject to a Deed of Company Arrangement) (ING).

The email is headed “Consumer Advice - Internet Name Group in Administration”. It purports to advise former clients of ING on their options for renewal and management of their domain name, and offers the services of Open Your Mind in respect to renewal and management.

However, the email does not disclose that there is a connection between ING and Open Your Mind.

auDA believes that registrants should be aware that Open Your Mind is a company controlled by Mr Sasha Sudakov, who was a Director of ING prior to and at the time that ING was placed in administration.
